Our programme for this project starts with Master Classes run by Martin Blunos in the major cities throughout over 15 chosen countries. These Master classes will be run for the best talent that each city may have and will be a fantastic opportunity for all culinary professionals to sharpen their skills and to learn how Martin became a major force in world cuisine. Each Master class will consist of daily sessions of about three hours culminating in a graduation dinner, the presentation of certificates and prizes including the possibility to spend time working with Martin Blunos in one of his award winning kitchens in the UK! During his time in each city Martin will also be available to be hired for Private and Gala Dinners, to give interviews and talks about his professional life and to make endorsements, promotions and advertisements for prestigious establishments, brands and products.
